By using our services, you agree that:

✔ You are responsible for verifying your details before submission
✔ Any wrong information provided by you is solely your responsibility
✔ You authorize us to use your documents for processing your requested service
✔ You will not use the website for illegal or unethical activities
💳 4. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the website are final and inclusive/exclusive of taxes (as mentioned).
Full payment must be made in advance for any service.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways (Razorpay / PayU / Paytm etc.).
We do not store any card or banking information.

Processing time depends on:
Government portal speed
Document accuracy
Verification requirements
External dependencies
We do not guarantee processing time, but we always try to deliver your service at the earliest.

For government-based services, the final approval depends on respective authorities like:
GST Department
Income Tax Department
MCA / ROC
FSSAI
EPFO / ESIC
DGFT etc.
We are not responsible if the government rejects your application due to incorrect documents, mismatch, or eligibility issues.
📚 7. Digital Products
For digital items (e-books, courses, software tokens):
Once delivered or downloaded, no refund or cancellation is allowed.
Digital tokens are subject to manufacturer rules & validity.
🔐 8. Confidentiality
We maintain the confidentiality of your documents and data.
However, we may share information with government departments solely for completing your requested service.

Government delays or rejection
Server downtime of government portals

Our role is consultancy & support, not the final approval authority.
❌ 10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once a service is started, no refund will be provided.
If a user cancels before document verification, a partial refund may be considered (platform charges deducted).
Digital products & courses are non-refundable.
