This Return & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for:

  • Government filing services

  • Digital consultancy services

  • Digital products (Tokens, e-Books, Courses, Downloads)

By using our services, you agree to the terms below.


โŒ 2. No Refund After Service Initiation

Once we start working on your request, including:

  • Document verification

  • Application preparation

  • Portal filing

  • Token/ID generation

  • Any backend processing

๐Ÿ‘‰ Refund is NOT possible under any circumstances.

Because government filing & consultancy work involves irreversible manual effort.


โณ 3. Cancellation Before Service Starts

If you request cancellation before we begin document verification or processing:

โœ” A partial refund may be provided
โœ” Payment gateway charges & admin charges will be deducted
โœ” Remaining balance will be refunded within 5โ€“7 business days

Note: Approval will depend on whether the work has started or not.


๐Ÿ“š 4. Digital Products โ€“ No Return / No Refund

For digital items, refunds are not available:

  • e-Pass Token

  • ProxKey / mToken

  • Software-based Tokens

  • e-Books / PDF Books

  • Online Courses

  • Downloadable content

Once delivered or downloaded, digital products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, as they are permanently accessible items.


๐Ÿ›๏ธ 5. Government Application Fees

Government department fees (GST, MCA, FSSAI, EPFO, ESIC, UDYAM, DGFT, Income Tax etc.) are non-refundable at all times โ€” even if the application is rejected.

LAMORC DIGITAL is not responsible for:

  • Government portal delays

  • Application rejection due to wrong documents

  • Mismatch in details provided by the client

  • Technical errors on government portals


๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ 6. Wrong or Incomplete Information

If a user provides:

  • Incorrect documents

  • Fake details

  • Incomplete information

  • Wrong data

๐Ÿ‘‰ The service will be rejected without refund.

User is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted.


๐Ÿ•’ 7. Processing Time is Not Guaranteed

Government portal delays can cause longer processing times.
This is not a valid reason for cancellation or refund.


๐Ÿ” 8. Service Revisions / Corrections

If minor corrections are required due to our mistake:
โœ” We do them free of cost.

If corrections are required because of wrong client data:
โœ” Additional charges may apply.


๐Ÿ“ฆ 9. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved (only in special cases):

  • Refund will be issued within 5โ€“7 business days

  • Mode of refund will be the same as the original payment

  • Payment gateway fees are non-refundable


๐ŸŒ 10. Third-Party Charges

Any third-party charges such as:

  • Payment gateway fees

  • Government charges

  • Portal convenience charges

  • Late fees/penalties
