These are shipped physically via courier.

Government portal processing
Document verification
User response time
Approx delivery timelines:
GST Services: 1–3 working days
Income Tax: Same day – 48 hours
UDYAM / MSME: 1–24 hours
FSSAI: 1–5 days
MCA/ROC: 2–7 days
IEC Code: 1–3 days
Trademark: 1–3 days
(Delays may occur due to government portal issues.)
B) Digital Products (E-books, PDFs, Courses)
Delivery: Instant or within 1 hour
Mode: Email / WhatsApp / Dashboard
C) Hardware Tokens (USB Tokens)
Delivery Time:
Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
Other Cities: 5–8 working days

📮 4. Shipping Charges
Digital Deliveries
✔ Free of cost
No extra charges for email/WhatsApp delivery.
Hardware Token Shipping
Standard Shipping Fee: ₹50 – ₹120 (location-based)
Express Shipping (optional): ₹150 – ₹200
Shipping fee will be visible at checkout.

You will receive:

✔ Soft Copy of Your Documents
For hardware tokens, you will also get a tracking link.
⚠️ 6. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused due to:
Government portal issues
Technical errors
Courier delays
Natural calamities
Incorrect address provided by customer
Public holidays
🚫 7. Non-Delivery Situations
Your order may fail to deliver if:
Wrong email or phone number provided
Wrong shipping address
Customer not responding
Courier unable to reach the address
Documents not submitted
We will attempt 3 follow-ups before closing the case.
📦 8. Re-shipping Policy
If the package returns due to incorrect address or not being received:

✔ Re-delivery will be arranged once payment is done
